CASH AND CHECK PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE AT ANYTIME BY MAIL OR IN PERSON AT THE ATHLETIC OFFICE OF JCC. THANK YOU.
Deadline for registration is 5 PM, June 22, 2011
Individuals can apply by mail (received by June 22, 2011). A $50.00 deposit is needed to hold a place at camp (balance is due at camp registration, the first day of camp). There is a limit to the number of campers and it is a first come, first serve system. Full payment is also accepted when you register by mail.Teams can apply by mail only. Any camper that comes with a group of 10 or more from the same club team or high school team will receive a $10 discount per player, ALL team discount applications and Minimum deposits ($50.00) must be delivered in the same envelope and postmarked by June 17, 2011 (Premier Soccer Academy ONLY).
